AionPro processes personal, training and wearable data to deliver performance guidance. This page explains what is collected, why, and how you control it.
Data we collect
Account data: name, email, role, language and country.
Athlete profile data: sport, level, position or style, goals, training history, injury history and self-reported limitations.
Daily data: sessions, session RPE, sleep, soreness, stress and journal entries you record.
Wearable data: heart rate, movement, steps, calories, sleep duration and stress estimates synced from a connected band.
Coaching data: your messages to the AI coach and the responses generated for you.
How we use it
To calculate your readiness, load, sleep and wellness scores and produce daily recommendations.
To personalize AI coaching responses using your profile, plan and recent data.
To match you with providers when you request it, sharing only the information you approve.
To operate and improve the service, including aggregated and de-identified analysis.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Coaches, group owners and providers see only the data your role and explicit consent allow.
Service processors — hosting, database, AI model and payment providers — process data on our instructions under contract.
Retention and your rights
Data is retained while your account is active. You can export or request deletion of your data at any time.
You can disconnect a wearable, revoke provider access or delete your account from account settings.
